Customer Service Agent – Inbound Support

About the Opportunity : The Customer Service Agent – Inbound Support handles inbound customer interactions for major brands, assisting with questions, service requests, account needs, and product support. This role involves using guided systems to deliver professional, accurate, and brand-aligned customer care. It offers schedule flexibility after certification and suits individuals seeking a stable, structured support role with potential for growth. 3. Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound customer communications for various national brands
- Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and account-related needs
- Provide product support aligned with brand standards
- Utilize guided systems and resources to ensure quality customer service
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all interactions
4. Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Authorized to work in the United States
- U.S. residency excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI
- Ability to follow detailed processes and meet performance standards
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with computer applications and web-based tools
- Ability to work independently and adhere to schedules
- Preferred: prior call center or customer service experience
- Preferred: bilingual in Spanish/English
- Familiarity with phone or computer-based support environments
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package :
- USD 11 - USD 13 hourly
