Mission Operations Manager, C2
Description:
- Lead the planning, deployment, and fielding of Anduril’s flagship hardware and software products for customer missions.
- Train end users and ensure products perform reliably in operational environments.
- Work with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams to resolve product issues and improve the user experience.
- Build and maintain trust with customers, industry partners, users, and internal teammates through clear communication and follow-through.
- Work directly with customers to understand mission challenges and represent customer needs to engineering and product teams.
- Collaborate across business development, engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, technical operations, and other internal teams to coordinate deployments.
- Ensure stakeholders are engaged, informed, and aligned throughout the deployment and support process.
- Shape product development by translating field feedback and mission requirements into actionable input for engineers.
- Own assigned accounts and contribute to proposals, customer pitches, feature development, and product deployment efforts.
- Use structured judgment to supervise execution and support mission success in fast-moving environments.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree or 3-5+ years of experience in a technical field, preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace.
- Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills.
- Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers and building influence through relationships.
- Experience translating highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Experience with C2 hardware and software, networking, CUAS, and/or air and missile defense is preferred.
- Familiarity with doctrinal, functional, and technical command and control concepts, processes, and principles is preferred.
- Prior military or government acquisition and/or government contracting experience is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance to TS/SCI is preferred.
