Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping individuals navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
- Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure proficiency in arenaflex's systems and processes
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Qualifications
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems and processes
- High level of professionalism, including excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working from home and managing a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to excel in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and supportive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, including experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills, a plus in a predominantly English-speaking environment

Compensation and Benefits
