What You'll Be Doing
As a 100% remote Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting Clients: Help individuals understand their insurance coverage needs and select the right products and services.
- Providing Compassionate Service: Display compassion when assisting individuals and provide exceptional customer care, building trust and loyalty with our clients.
- Building Relationships: Foster lasting relationships with our clients, earning their trust and loyalty through your exceptional service and support.
- Managing Applications: Assist with the workflow of applications for Life/Health consideration and answer any policy-related questions.
- Demonstrating Sales Skills: Utilize your sales expertise to close deals and meet targets, driving revenue growth for arenaflex.

Work From Home Requirements
To ensure your success as a 100% remote Customer Specialist, you will need:
- Technology: A desktop or laptop (best to have 2-3 available for multiple programs for optimal presentations), webcam/video for client interactions, high-speed wired Ethernet Internet connection (Wi-Fi, satellite, or hotspots are not recommended), and a USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone (e.g., Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech recommended).
