Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our clients navigate the health insurance enrollment process. You'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, including application data entry and online chat inquiries
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure proficiency in arenaflex's systems and processes
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, including phone, email, and online chat
Qualifications
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, with a hard-wired ethernet connection required (cable/fiber broadband internet only, not compatible with mobile internet service providers or satellites)
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual, a plus
