Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to internal and external customers. You'll be the face of our organization, working closely with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate information verbally and in writing
- Maintain professionalism while dealing with difficult situations and/or people
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to other departments
- Interact professionally with all levels of management and staff
- Multi-task and problem-solve under pressure
- Meet attendance and punctuality requirements
- Operate computer systems, telephone systems, copiers, fax machines, etc.
- Provide feedback to other departments regarding areas of concern or improvement
- Manage confidential information effectively
- Work independently and as part of a team
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of high-volume call center experience
- Typing speed of 40WPM
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous pharma products experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in multiple software applications
