The US Consumer Marketing Organization: Driving Growth through Data-Driven Insights
The US Consumer Marketing organization is a critical component of the U.S. Consumer Services Team, responsible for leading prospect acquisition and customer marketing efforts. Our Investment Services team is at the forefront of delivering performance reporting and insights, operational management of marketing budgets, and leadership of forecasting processes.
Your Impact: Delivering Insights that Drive Business Growth
As a Senior Manager, Customer Growth Data and Analytics, you'll be responsible for delivering actionable insights that inform customer marketing investments across the Customer Growth portfolio. Your expertise will help drive better outcomes from our customer marketing investments, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop dashboards and reporting products to support marketers and stakeholders
- Conduct deep dive analysis into performance gaps and opportunities
- Perform cohort and profiling analysis to understand performance of different segments and develop strategies to enhance marketing treatments
- Develop frameworks for strategic insights to support customer investment decisions across the portfolio
Minimum Qualifications:
* Deep analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and understand large data sets, synthesize, and draw out relevant insights
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Significant marketing analytics experience, with a deep understanding of data from key channels and the ways these are optimized
- Educational and work experience implementing statistical approaches would be beneficial
- Strong SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel skills
- 5+ years of work experience in analyzing data and reporting insights
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive base salary: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually
