Job Summary:
As an Executive Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support experience. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to respond promptly, professionally, and effectively will make all the difference. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer support tickets, generating quotes, and helping customers navigate our knowledge base. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive the help they need to resolve their issues
- Generate quotes and send them to customers via Shopify, ensuring that all necessary information is included and that customers receive their quotes promptly
- Help answer questions based on the information in our knowledge base, providing customers with accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues
- Escalate tickets that require debugging or unique circumstances, working closely with our technical team to ensure that customers receive the support they need
- Collaborate with our customer support team to ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring that you can provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that you can provide the best possible support to our customers
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer support or executive assistant role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Strong knowledge of customer support software and systems, including Shopify and knowledge base platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a tech industry or with a similar company
