What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries, prevent issues, and delight our customers. You'll work with a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Fluency in multiple languages
