Position Overview

We're seeking a dedicated and organized Admin and Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve both administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities, with a focus on maintaining excellent communication with our customers and coordinating with our Amish team. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities

As an Admin and Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: ### Administration & Data Entry

  • Perform data entry for dairy cow sheets and conduct weekly analysis to ensure the health and well-being of our animals.
  • Handle applications and submit necessary forms to ensure seamless onboarding for new customers.
  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments to ensure efficient communication with our customers and team members.
  • Assist with human resources tasks, including handbook updates and paperwork, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Organize and manage our Google Drive to ensure easy access to important documents and information.
  • Manage customer emails, calls, and texts to provide exceptional customer service and support.

### Customer Service

  • Answer calls, texts, and social media inquiries to provide timely and effective support to our customers.
  • Coordinate with our Amish team to ensure seamless operations and maintain open communication channels.
  • Schedule deliveries and manage customer communication regarding raw milk herdshares to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and effective time management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Experience in administration and customer service, with a proven track record of providing high-quality support to customers.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and other office applications to ensure efficient and effective use of technology.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
