Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assisting customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering travel-related queries
- Providing support for customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
