Job Summary
We're seeking experienced, bilingual Customer Support Representatives to join our Benefits Customer Support team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service, resolve HR and benefits-related inquiries, and maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy standards. Responsibilities
As a Benefits Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming calls and emails from employees and former employees in a professional and empathetic manner
- Resolving HR and benefits-related inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
- Tracking, logging, and following up on all cases and transactions
- Escalating recurring issues to Technical Analysts or Team Managers as needed
- Explaining and applying HR and benefits policies and procedures with clarity and confidence
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to data privacy standards at all times
- Following established protocols and working independently on routine tasks
- Supporting peak volume periods and attending all mandatory training sessions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in a call center or benefits-related role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- A reliable, distraction-free home office environment
- A commitment to perfect attendance during training
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working with HR and benefits software systems
- Knowledge of HR and benefits policies and procedures
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual proficiency in additional languages
