About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Union Benefits Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives while enjoying a rewarding career with arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to union members, responding to inquiries and requests for information about available benefits
- Educate members about the benefits and services offered by arenaflex, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions
- Work closely with union associations to build strong relationships and ensure seamless communication
- Meet or exceed sales targets, where applicable, by promoting additional benefits to interested members
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes to benefits and services, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to members
Requirements for Consideration:
- Flexible hours to accommodate the needs of union members and associations
- Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required)
- MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
