Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for negotiating and developing business with new and current clients in the administrative and customer support departments. You'll market our services via telephone, video, and in-person meetings to hiring managers and decision-makers, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth. Your expertise will be essential in recruiting, interviewing, and matching highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand arenaflex's presence in the local business community

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Conduct in-person meetings, video calls, and telephone conversations to market our services and close deals
  • Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
  • Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates to ensure their success and satisfaction
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase arenaflex's presence and reputation in the industry
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experience

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative or customer support, with a focus on business development and client relationships
  • 2+ years of experience in a metrics-driven environment, with a proven track record of success in developing new business and closing deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with contact management applications, such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of current Windows Operating System and administrative and customer support department operations

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in business development and client relationships, with a focus on administrative and customer support departments
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Certification in business development, sales, or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Talent Manager (Administrative & Customer Support) at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, bonus structure, and benefits package, including:

  • Base salary: $77,969 to $85,000, depending on experience and location
  • Bonus structure: Eligible for a bonus based on achievement of performance objectives
  • Benefits package: Includes group health insurance benefits, flexible spending and health savings accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption, surrogacy and fertility assistance, paid parental leave, and short/long-term disability
  • Paid time off: Includes vacation, personal needs, and sick time, with a minimum of 17 days of Choice Time Off (CTO) per calendar year
