Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Portuguese Speaking, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner via chat, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need, when they need it.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints, offering solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction, and continuously striving to improve the customer experience.
- Responding to customer inquiries in both English and Portuguese, with fluency in both languages, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product information and company policies to accurately assist customers.
- Maintaining customer data and communicating effectively with internal teams as needed, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient issue resolution.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Desirable Skills
While not essential, the following skills would be advantageous:
- Sports & Gambling knowledge, allowing you to provide expert advice and support to our customers.
- Cryptocurrency knowledge, enabling you to stay ahead of the curve and provide informed support to our customers.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable, and Intercom, allowing you to efficiently manage customer interactions and data.
