Join Our Team

We're expanding our customer base and looking for new team members to join our mission. As a Bilingual Licensed Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first line of assistance for our customers, handling questions regarding policies, payments, cancellations, and other topics. You'll interact with customers mainly over the phone but also via chat and email. We're seeking applicants who currently hold an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance License.

A Day in the Life

As a Bilingual Licensed Customer Service Agent, your day will be filled with:

  • Interacting with current policyholders via phone, email, and chat
  • Contacting customers' banks/mortgage to obtain additional details
  • Creating/updating policies for customers to review
  • Submitting payments/issuing refunds
  • Educating customers on policies and coverages

You'll Thrive in This Role If:

• You have an active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license

  • You have experience in a call center/high incoming call volume environment
  • You're bilingual (Spanish speaking) and prefer to communicate with customers in their native language
  • You have home insurance experience, which is highly preferred
  • You possess superior customer service skills and empathy towards others
  • You're able to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure
  • You're proficient in Google suite or similar tools and comfortable navigating multiple tools and windows at the same time
  • You're a problem-solver who's always looking for ways to improve processes

Availability and Training

We're hiring for our August 25, 2025 class, and you'll need to be available to work the following shifts (which will be placed based on need):

  • 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST
  • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST

You'll also need to participate in our mandatory paid 10-week training period.
