Responsibilities
As an Experienced On-Call Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for managing inbound calls in a timely manner, providing accurate and complete information to customers, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound calls in a multi-bank environment, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Processing telephone service requests, including Retail Banking, Debit Cards, Digital Banking, and Business Banking and Treasury Management
- Demonstrating a 100% commitment to providing a best-in-class experience for internal and external customers
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of arenaflex procedures, policies, and banking regulations
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools available
- Meeting personal and customer care center team targets and call handling quotas
- Following all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook
- Performing other related duties as assigned or directed
- Promoting and cross-selling bank products and services to customers and prospects, actively participating in the department's digital referral program
- Working rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required, with a schedule subject to change based on the needs of the department and customer demand
Qualifications
To succeed as an Experienced On-Call Customer Experience Agent, you'll need:
- A minimum of one (1) year banking or related customer service experience
- Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills, as well as proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills, and a high analytical ability
- Assertiveness with the ability to influence others, effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multiple-task environment with a high-disruption rate
- Conflict resolution skills with minimum negative impact on all parties
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work to meet goals in all areas
- Self-starting capabilities, forward-thinking, and good organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Care Center software experience is desirable

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 per hour.
