Job Responsibilities As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and inform business decisions * Creating ETLs or strategies to pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table * Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges * Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups to establish credibility and drive results * Analyzing stakeholder needs and partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency * Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks and identify outliers * Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues * Mentoring junior team members and becoming a Subject Matter Expert in your area of specialization Key Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) * Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining integrity (2-4 years of experience) * Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience) * Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root out business problems * Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience * Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications * Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau * Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations * Experience with Python or other scripting languages * Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc. What We Offer * Competitive hourly rate of $20-30/hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Collaborative and fast-paced work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + Incentive awards for performance + 401(k) match + Inventory buy plan + Paid maternity and parental leave + PTO + Multiple fitness plans + And more!
