Job Summary

As a Lead Processing Agent, you'll play a critical role in supporting the intake and processing of critical client leads. You'll work closely with our sales support and analytics teams to ensure that lead information is clean, verified, and routed to the appropriate systems. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience with CRM systems will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our sales pipeline and campaign efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and Verify Incoming Lead Information: Carefully review and verify incoming lead information from various sources, including contact forms, call logs, and online submissions. - Ensure Completeness and Consistency of Lead Fields: Verify that all lead fields are complete and consistent, ensuring that critical information is accurate and up-to-date. - Enter Validated Data into CRM and Lead Tracking Software: Enter validated data into our customer management platforms, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency. - Use Categorization Tags to Route Leads: Assign categorization tags to route leads by campaign or source, enabling our sales team to focus on high-priority leads. - Detect and Flag Duplicates or Invalid Leads: Identify and flag duplicates or invalid leads, preventing data errors and ensuring that our sales pipeline remains accurate. - Maintain Daily Logs and QA Reports: Maintain daily logs and quality assurance reports, providing valuable insights into our data processing operations. - Communicate with Remote Sales Team: Collaborate with our remote sales team to communicate flagged leads or updates, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.

Essential Qualifications

- Associate's Degree or Equivalent: A degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science, is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required. - 2+ Years of Experience in Data Entry, Lead Processing, or CRM Management: Proven experience in data entry, lead processing, or CRM management is essential for this role. - Strong Attention to Detail and Process Compliance: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to process compliance are critical in maintaining the integrity of our sales pipeline. - Experience with CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is essential for this role. - Fast, Accurate Typing Speed: A fast and accurate typing speed of 45+ WPM is required for this role. - Intermediate Skills with Excel or Google Sheets: Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets is necessary for data analysis and reporting.
