Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support for their streaming needs. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service via phone, chat, and email to resolve technical issues, manage accounts, and answer subscription-related questions. Key Responsibilities
