Role Overview

In this exciting role, you will support customers through arenaflex's live chat platform, answering questions about tracking, delivery status, billing inquiries, and other arenaflex-related concerns. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat: Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery status, and billing inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their concerns. - Utilize arenaflex's internal systems: Leverage arenaflex's internal systems to resolve customer issues quickly and accurately, ensuring seamless customer experiences. - Maintain a professional and friendly tone: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing a positive experience through every chat interaction. - Document customer interactions: Document customer interactions for follow-up and quality control purposes, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and resolved. - Address and resolve escalated customer complaints: Address and resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Residency requirement: Must reside in or near Kansas City, MO, and be authorized to work in the U.S. - Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous experience: Previous customer service or live chat experience preferred, but not required. - Excellent written communication skills: Possess excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Ability to work independently: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely, with minimal supervision. - Reliable internet connection: Possess a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
