Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and building strong relationships with customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks, recognize sales opportunities, and apply sales skills to upgrade. You will also be responsible for explaining and positioning products and processes with customers, escalating customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams, and ensuring first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling.
Key Responsibilities
* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
- Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade
- Explain and position products and processes with customers
- Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams
- Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team members and customers
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling
- Knowledge of CRM software and systems
- Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
- Certification in customer service or a related field
