Key Responsibilities

As our QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering paper invoices and associated handwritten checks into QuickBooks with precision and accuracy
  • Maintaining accurate and organized digital records that reflect outgoing payments, ensuring seamless financial tracking and reporting
  • Generating reports in QuickBooks to track annual expenses, providing valuable insights into our financial performance
  • Cross-referencing paper records with digital entries to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information with care, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks (1-2 years of experience working with similar ERPs) and a solid understanding of its features and functionality
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage physical and digital filing systems
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Prior AP / billing experience is preferred, but not required
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and expense tracking principles
