Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing our digital databases, updating client information, and providing exceptional customer service support. You'll work closely with our customer service team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and that our data is accurate and up-to-date. Responsibilities
* Create and manage digital spreadsheets to track important client information and orders
- Transfer data from hard copy to digital databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Update client information in our database, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate
- Organize existing data in spreadsheets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records, ensuring that our data is accurate and reliable
- Provide exceptional customer service support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our customer service team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, using this knowledge to inform our data management and customer service strategies
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail
- Accurate typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers
- Basic understanding of databases, including data management and analysis
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Great attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- High school degree or equivalent, with a strong academic record

- Experience working with databases, including data management and analysis
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility
