What You'll Be Doing

As a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including inbound calls, emails, and live chats. Your primary goal will be to identify and assess customer needs, build sustainable relationships of trust, and deliver accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats to provide timely and effective solutions to customers' queries and concerns

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication, active listening, and empathy
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Meet personal and customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

• Fluent in Dutch (native or near-native level)
• Good level of English (written and spoken)
• Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
• Strong written skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
