Job Summary

We're seeking highly communicative and motivated Chat Customer Support Representatives with a can-do attitude to join our team. As a Mod Contractor, you'll work on a variety of projects, assisting and guiding customers to the right answers, solving concerns, and providing exceptional support for our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via chat, resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with cancellations, refunds, billing and payment questions, minor technical issues, and other support-related inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high-quality support
  • Utilize our proprietary software and tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer satisfaction and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer support and digital engagement

Essential Qualifications

* Strong customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Experience providing support with cancellations, refunds, billing and payment questions, minor technical issues, and other support-related inquiries
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 20 hours of availability per week
  • Ability to begin orientation and training as soon as possible, if needed
  • Experience working in a multilingual, busy team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support
  • Willingness to install arenaflex security software on your work computer and a 2FA app on your phone (Duo Mobile)
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

* Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support

  • Familiarity with our proprietary software and tools, or similar digital engagement platforms
  • Experience working with customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Experience working with customers in a multilingual environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support
