About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled Customer Success & Project Coordinator to join our team on a freelance, part-time basis. As a 1099 independent contractor, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from home, choose your own schedule, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success & Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during the rollout process, providing exceptional support and guidance.
- Delivering comprehensive training, documentation, and ongoing assistance to ensure seamless adoption of our platform.
- Coordinating implementation timelines with senior living communities and internal teams, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
- Proactively monitoring project progress, addressing client concerns, and resolving roadblocks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gathering valuable feedback and insights from customers, relaying them to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and refinement of our customer success approach.
- Responding to inbound inquiries from potential customers, providing them with the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Following up with existing customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and engagement throughout their subscription.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide outstanding customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technology in a simple and approachable way.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Experience working with senior living communities is highly desirable.
Work Details & Compensation
As a freelance Customer Success & Project Coordinator, you'll enjoy:
- Flexible schedule: 20-30 hours per week, with the ability to choose your own hours and work from home.
- Competitive compensation: $20-30 per hour, based on experience.
- Employment Type: Freelance (1099 independent contractor).
