Responsibilities
As a Remote Administrative & Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting web-based research (e.g., Google searches) as needed to gather information and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Inputting and maintaining data accurately using Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or Google Docs to ensure seamless data management.
- Handling customer bill processing as assigned, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Collecting and recycling outdated publications, and distributing new publications when applicable to maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Proactively identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner, demonstrating a proactive and "can-do" attitude.
- Communicating clearly and effectively in writing and verbally to ensure seamless collaboration with team members and clients.
- Organizing, sorting, assembling, and maintaining files to maintain a clutter-free and efficient workspace.
- Developing strategies to support organizational goals and adapting to changing conditions to ensure continued growth and success.
- Presenting information effectively to various audiences, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.
- Drafting reports, proposals, business correspondence, and procedure manuals to ensure clear and concise communication.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Remote Administrative & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- An Associate's Degree (AA) in a related field or 3-5 years of relevant customer service/business experience.
- Proven administrative support experience, with a strong focus on data entry and customer service.
- Experience working with CRM and ERP software (NetSuite and Salesforce, or similar), with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word; PowerPoint preferred), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Excellent customer issue resolution skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- A team-oriented and collaborative work style, with a willingness to work closely with team members and clients.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally.
