Your Day-to-Day:

As a remote chat customer service representative, you'll be responsible for managing live customer chat conversations through our internal system. You'll use approved messaging and tools to troubleshoot account and access issues, process simple updates, and escalate technical or complex questions when necessary. Your primary goal is to provide accurate and consistent support to our users, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

  • Shifts are available day and night, weekdays and weekends
  • A minimum of 15 hours per week is required to remain active

Training Timeline:

* 2-hour onboarding with a step-by-step walkthrough

  • Practice chats with support documentation
  • First paid shift reviewed with real-time QA feedback
  • Most agents begin working within 5 days
