What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, via email, or through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, or issues related to our products or services
- Researching and problem-solving to provide effective solutions for customers, thinking proactively, and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution
- Operating with empathy, active listening, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive experience for our customers and team members alike
- Engaging with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to cultivate a customer-centric culture of collaboration
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, as demonstrated through a written assessment
- Ability to multitask, maintain a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing to assist customers
- Adaptability to change with the business needs of the company
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Willingness and ability to pass a background check
Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience, you will need:
- A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, and reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (download speed of at least 30 Mbps and upload speed of at least 10 Mbps)
- A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection
