  • Providing solutions to customer problems and escalating complex issues to senior support specialists when necessary.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in live chat customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers via live chat.
