Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Precise Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently input, verify, and maintain data across various arenaflex systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency. This includes entering information from diverse sources, such as documents, spreadsheets, and digital forms.
• Data Quality Assurance: Proactively identify and rectify data discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established quality standards. This involves performing data validation checks and implementing data cleansing procedures.
• Information Organization & Management: Maintain organized and easily accessible records and documents, both physically and digitally. This includes implementing efficient filing systems and ensuring data is readily available for authorized users.
• Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, analysts, and other stakeholders, to support various projects and initiatives requiring data input and management. This involves clear communication, proactive information sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Data Issue Identification & Resolution: Identify and escalate data inconsistencies, errors, or anomalies, and work with appropriate teams to investigate and resolve these issues promptly. This requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including keyboarding, data entry software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
