In this exciting role, you will process requests for roadside assistance, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure our members receive prompt and reliable support.

Key Highlights:
* Full-time position (40 hours per week) with cover shift and swing shift hours available
- Virtual on-line paid training for 7 weeks (July training dates available)
- Applicants must live within 100 miles of Portland, ME
- Bilingual candidates (fluent in Spanish) will receive an additional $1.00 increase to their salary
Responsibilities:
* Process requests for roadside assistance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to approximately 100 member calls per day
- Demonstrate concern for member safety and effectively diffuse high-tension situations
- Utilize computer systems and software to efficiently manage member requests and resolve issues
Requirements:
* 1 year of previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred but not mandatory)
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Successful completion of background and drug screening
- Ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (no wireless, DSL, Satellite, or Hot Spots)
- Minimum 25 mbps download; 5 mbps upload
- Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills
