A Day in the Life:
As a Remote Contact Center Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. Here's a glimpse into what a typical day might look like:
- Efficiently answer member inquiries and resolve problems through digital channels, including email, web, and mobile messaging, chat, and text.
- Provide support to ensure online membership applications are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Discuss members' financial needs and provide solutions through multiple remote technology channels.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all online products and services, including Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, and more.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to members through various digital channels.
- Resolve member inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs.
- Open and close deposit accounts, as well as process online membership applications.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience in a customer service position.
- Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and member service skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PPT.
- Must meet the requirements for our Telecommuting Program.
