Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive at arenaflex BPO, Noida, you will play a vital role in providing prompt and effective resolutions to customer queries and concerns. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support. You will work in a 24*7 shift environment, with 6 days of working and 1 rotational week off, ensuring that our customers receive seamless support at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide prompt and effective resolutions to customer queries and concerns

  • Work in a 24*7 shift environment, with 6 days of working and 1 rotational week off
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience

Requirements

* Any undergraduate or graduate degree

  • Good communication skills required
  • 0-3 years of experience in a BPO or customer care environment (6 months of documented BPO experience preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools
