As a key member of our Customer Engagement (CE) Budget Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting arenaflex's businesses by ensuring accurate, effective, and efficient administration of budgetary tasks.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Engagement Manager - Budget Management, you will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices for payment and facilitating timely remittance with multiple partners
- Managing and prioritizing payment activities using CE workflow system
- Researching and resolving issues with past invoices and responding to internal financial audits
- Developing strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple arenaflex businesses and organizations
- Presenting and communicating effectively to all levels of leadership, including senior executives
- Supervising the CE Budget team mailbox and leading daily communications, inquiries, and updates
- Requesting, monitoring, and maintaining purchase orders and insertion orders required to pay vendor invoices
- Assisting in the development of new tracking and reporting templates and helping prepare tools and processes for future planning and analysis
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of work experience
- 1-2 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting or Business Development
- Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Proficient experience in large data sets and Excel formulas
- Practical experience with Coupa, SAP, or similar enterprise resource planning software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to drive results through proactive problem-solving, detail orientation, and partnership skills
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with internal partners, 3rd party vendors, and agencies
Education
A BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field is required.
