Job Overview:
We're seeking customer-focused and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you'll assist our valued customers with inquiries, bookings, and service-related issues while providing an exceptional experience from the comfort of your home. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers, assisting with booking flights, managing reservations, and providing travel-related information, resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using provided systems.
Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

Requirements:
