What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Insurance Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members through phone, email, and other channels. You will apply your knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist members with quotes, policy changes, and claims, and identify member needs to provide tailored solutions that ensure their financial security. You will also operate in a fast-paced contact center environment, navigating multiple systems and programs, and maintain required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service to members through phone, email, and other channels
- Apply knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist members with quotes, policy changes, and claims
- Identify member needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure financial security
- Operate in a fast-paced contact center environment, navigating multiple systems and programs
- Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills with clear and professional communication
- Ability to acquire Property & Casualty license before hire date and complete state registrations within 90 days

- 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment
- US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
