Flexible, with rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays (37.5 hours/week, with opportunities for overtime)

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative - Medicare, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns via phone, providing empathetic and professional support
- Resolving issues related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more
- Working with customers to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, upholding arenaflex's 5-star service standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Call Center Experience:
Inbound customer service experience (no telesales)
Customer Focus:
Excellent customer service skills, with a strong orientation towards service and empathy
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information
Technical Skills:
Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
eSkills Test:
Must score 80% or above
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:
Education:
High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience
Industry Experience:
Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Medicare
Medical Background:
Medical background or terminology experience
