Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via email and live chat. Your primary duties will include:

• Providing top-notch customer service via email and live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Working efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for quality and detail.
• Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of our products, services, and policies, including herbal and natural products.
• Utilizing various computer applications, including MS Office, BigCommerce, and Zoho, to manage workflow and communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborating with multiple departments to answer questions, obtain information, and share feedback.
• Documenting and communicating any issues or problems that arise during shifts, and escalating concerns to management as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or email/chat-based environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other computer applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision, and to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of herbal and natural products, or a willingness to learn.
