Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to provide support to our clients via email, chat, and phone. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

  • Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Previous customer support or service experience is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • Canadian residency and eligibility to work in Canada.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. customer service, business administration) is an asset.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of customer support software and tools, such as CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or call center environment.

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)).
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and French.
