Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference and collaborating with other departments to escalate issues as needed.
  • Monitoring customer feedback and communicating trends to management, contributing to ongoing improvements in our service offerings.
  • Working closely with other departments to relay customer feedback and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills, with the flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
