Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers across the globe. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, chat, and web inquiries, providing product recommendations, troubleshooting support, and assisting with orders.
- Collaborating with the Technical Product Support Team and Sales Team to provide product support for separation science-related products and services.
- Assisting customers with product information, recommendations, application searches, and preliminary method development.
- Utilizing CRM, ERP, ticketing, and chat software to document interactions and provide support.
- Working towards meeting global and regional sales revenue goals and associated KPIs.
- Providing world-class customer service to maintain high satisfaction ratings and foster strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
To be successful as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science such as Chemistry or Biology.
- 1 year of Sales or Customer Service experience.
- 1 year of exposure to chromatography and/or sample preparation.
- Strong desire to work in a teamwork environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and database management.
- Ability to quickly master new software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
