Responsibilities
As a Customer Support - Virtual Care professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support via multiple channels, including text, phone, and email
- Championing our core values and contributing to achieving the goals of our pet care center
- Collaborating with our medical teams to deliver seamless support
- Working closely with the Sr. Director of Virtual Support to ensure success
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
- Staying informed about arenaflex's products and services, and using this knowledge to provide accurate and helpful support to customers
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and support requests
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to the Sr. Director of Virtual Support or other relevant teams as needed
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve the customer experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Dedicated home office or quiet workspace with high-speed reliable internet
- Availability to work weekend shifts and EST time zone
- Residency in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, or TX
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in a range of software applications and tools
