Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Gathering and collecting reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, departments, and clients.
- Scanning through information to identify pertinent data, correct errors, and organize it for accurate capturing.
- Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information into relevant databases.
- Ensuring data is backed up and informing relevant parties about errors encountered.
- Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
- Performing additional duties as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
- Proficient touch typing skills.
