Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Gathering and collecting reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, departments, and clients.
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent data, correct errors, and organize it for accurate capturing.
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information into relevant databases.
  • Ensuring data is backed up and informing relevant parties about errors encountered.
  • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
  • Proficient touch typing skills.
