Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our Affinity database, ensuring seamless processing and management of applications. This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately key paper applications into the Affinity database, maintaining high levels of speed and accuracy.
- Assist the deposit room with tasks such as entering checks, stamping, scanning, and indexing documents.
- Support cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Work Schedule:
- 8:15 AM - 4:45 PM (may require periodic overtime).
