Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets with high accuracy and speed
- Updating order statuses for customers and verifying data for completeness and accuracy
- Compiling, verifying, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output
- Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure data integrity
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
- Scanning documents and printing files as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience working in a data entry role is a plus
