Role Overview
As a Junior Tech Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our 24/7 live-chat team, working closely with our clients to resolve technical issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge of our banking software and apps, collaborate with our technical team, and analyze technical logs to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our banking software and apps to provide expert support to clients
- Collaborate with software technicians, technical support, and developers to resolve complex technical issues
- Analyze technical logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during 24/7 client support projects
- Communicate technical processes and solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Participate in regular knowledge sharing and community of practice among colleagues to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to learn technical skills quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
