Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2, with any graduate/PG eligible to apply
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, with effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to address customer issues appropriately
  • Proficiency in using a desktop/laptop computer system, with familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Good typing skills
