Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing empathetic and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns. You'll leverage your knowledge of products, services, and pricing to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success, you'll collaborate with team members to identify trends, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide empathetic and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns

  • Utilize your knowledge of products, services, and pricing to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members to identify trends, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or contact center environments

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in CRM software and contact center technology
  • Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or contact center environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in CRM software and contact center technology
  • Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
